Return & Warranty Policy
We offer a 30 day change of mind return policy, the item has to be returned in the original packaging with all accessories.
The return shipping cost is to be paid for by the customer. We can provide a return label and the cost will be deducted from the refund.
If the item is faulty then we will arrange for it to be collected and returned to us at no charge.
All products sold come with a minimum 12 month warranty and all products are supplied with the manufactures warranty policy. If a product is faulty we will arrange the collection and return to us for assessment. If the product is found to have a warrantable fault we will either repair, replace or refund the purchase amount depending on the fault and the value of the product.
